Spring Season

- We will be offering 10-12-14 (July 1, 2023 cut off)
- Pending interest we will consider an 8u team.
- We are spring sports friendly:
- After the conditioning period teams will only practice once per week
- Coaches will have the option of adding a remote (zoom style) team meeting and film review to supplement game planning
- In partnership with Tenfold Sports we will be offering a unique clinic series through the season, which will focus on positional training.
- This partnership allows our coaches to offer athletes flexibility to participate in spring sports, but also have training sessions and additional time for athletes that are geared towards athlete and team improvement.
- Conditioning practices will start in March and the season will conclude in June
- Tackle participants will have a 5-6 game season which will conclude with playoffs and/or tournament play.
- All teams may be afforded weekend tournaments throughout the season as available (additional costs may apply)
- Players MUST provide their own equipment.
- Most fall town programs loan equipment for families to use
- A limited amount of equipment may be available for lease, please let us know during the registration process that you will need equipment.

Rockhopper - Select
- Any player from any state (NH, MA, CT, RI) meeting the age requirements can participate (Pop Warner, Middle School, UYFL, AYF, etc).
- Age groups will be grouped by age on 7/1/2023 (YES this is a change from last season.)
- NO WAIVERS THIS SEASON. This is league wide.
- 9/10 year olds - 11/12 year olds - 13/14 year olds
- Pending interest 7/8 year olds.
- We will field one team at each age group in the New England Youth Tackle League and for travel.
- Games will be played against other select teams in MA, RI, NH, and CT
- 6 week regular season starting in April and playoffs running through June
- Travel Tournament Memorial Day Weekend
- A committee of evaluators will select the first 60% of each team and the coaches will fill the remainder of the roster
- Video submissions can aid the process
- Remaining players will be placed on site based teams

Rockhopper - Site
- Site teams location will be determined based on registration levels
- If you would like to have a site team in your area, spread the message and get registered early.
- Participants from the same fall teams that do NOT make Select will be placed together.

- IMPORTANT: Space may be limited in 2022 based on roster limits.
- Register early, rosters will be filled first come first served.

Coaching
- We also encourage coaches from all backgrounds, teams, and regions to sign up and volunteer
- All coaches MUST fill out an application:
- Previous player and coach relationships will be one of the first criteria applied when selecting coaches
- All coaches will be required to pass a CORI and coaching certifications
